Eric Davis Muhala aka Ninja Trix was born in 1996 on the 5th of February. He went to Macheke Nyazema Primary in Macheke before doing his secondary education at Macheke High and completed it at Success
Tutorial College in Domboshava. He the second born in a family of 3, he has 2 sisters. He was raised by his mother after his father passed away when he was a toddler.
He began his music career at the age of 18 as a Hip Hop artist in a group called the Alphas. The group comprised of 2 boys and a girl and was based in Domboshava on the outskirts of Harare. He went by the name Eric D and they released tracks namely “It’s so Painful” and “Domboshava”. The group was produced by Dj Langton B. The group disbanded and Eric went on to pursue a career in Dancehall and changed his name from Eric D to Ninja T. In 2015 Ninja T released an Album called “Nemangoma ndichasvika Joma” produced by HySounds at CrossKitt Records in Domboshava. During this time he had a stint at acting in a series called “ZimDancehall Stories”. He released a track called “Amai” and shot a video with BlackDiamond Studios. He then partnered Jah Pure and released a track called “Don’t Follow Me” and “Pa fair” at Legendary Music produced by JMP and Dj Whyte. He worked with Kutso, Complex
Andras G between 2017 and 2018. At the end of 2018, he teamed up with Jimmy Joe Oceans and worked with Tman at Mount Zion Music and CashLibsCity to release a singles collection. On the singles collection, he featured Trevor Dongo on a track called “Let's talk about love”. Among the tracks there is “Keep the fire burning” and “People dem are suffering. There are a total of 8 tracks on the collection
Ninja T is currently single and keeps fit training karate and going to the gym. He is a Christian and goes to church regularly. He has great ambitions of promoting artists from Domboshava by establishing art and recreational centre in the area.
